In order to further learn and understand the changes and requirements of Civil Code Contract Compilation, improve the employees' legal literacy and practical ability, and strengthen their risk management and control, according to the company's annual training plan, Ningshing Holdings organized "2021 Legal Knowledge Special Training" on the third floor of Tianning Building on December 2nd, with 62 employees from different subsidiaries and departments participated.

          This training was conducted by Mr. Ying Zhongxiong, General Manager of the Legal Department of Headquarters. The training mainly focused on the main changes and applications of the contract compilation of the Civil Code, as well as the risk points that need to be controlled in the business development process. At the same time, Mr. Ying also explained and analyzed how to collect and save electronic evidence in combination with the current business practice.
